Hi, I’m Eman Al-Aswadi, PMHNP-BC. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care in a space where you can feel seen, heard, and respected. I understand that our culture, family, relationships, life experiences, and communities can all influence the way we experience and talk about mental health. For many people, especially within communities of color, seeking mental health care may not always feel comfortable or familiar. My goal is to help change that. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I believe treatment should be a conversation, not simply a prescription. I take time to listen to your concerns, explain your options in a way that makes sense, and work together with you to determine what feels right for your life and your goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Whether this is your first time seeking help, you’ve tried treatment before, or you’re simply looking for a provider who will truly listen, you deserve care that recognizes you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. My goal is simple: to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
