Hi, and thank you for being here. I’m Nade’a Boles, LCMHC. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, and challenging seasons. I believe that everyone needs help sometimes, and that seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it is an act of self-awareness and courage. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow. My work centers around helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal growth. A significant part of my work is with couples and individuals who are trying to understand their relationship patterns, improve communication, establish healthier boundaries, rebuild trust, or determine what they truly want from their relationships. I believe relationships can be deeply meaningful while also being complicated, and therapy can provide the space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.
